Karyn is a highly experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of clinical practice. She holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice and an Arts Degree with Honours Degree in Psychology, bringing a strong foundation in both mental health and child development.

In addition to her clinical work, Karyn is a skilled educator and presenter. She has also held various project roles, including developing recommendations to enhance service delivery within a statewide disability service..

Karyn is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised support that truly meets each child’s unique needs. She values strong relationships, active listening, and collaboration with families and educators to achieve meaningful outcomes. Karyn supports children to develop resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation by providing strengths-based interventions that empower them to navigate challenges and build a positive sense of self. She is known for her warm and gentle therapeutic approach, creating a safe and supportive space where children feel understood, respected, and encouraged to grow.

Outside of work, Karyn enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, meditation, and walking her dog​
